Any correspondence or request for reimbursement in connection with a claim should be addressed to CORIS Switzerland SA within 10 days of the event. The original or a legible copy of the skipass and supporting documents, namely the medical certificate or other documents which clearly show the implementation of the guarantee, should be enclosed with the request. If the insured fails to comply with this obligation, the company can refuse reimbursement.
